We will only commence working on a clients work once a 50% deposit has been paid into our bank account and proof of payment has been received, we will also only commence work once we have verified that the payment has been made and the money has cleared in our bank account. All outstanding amounts for any and all work produced by DRAGAN GRAFIX are payable within 48 hours of issue of the final invoice, before any artwork is handed over to a client or a clients completed website is uploaded to a clients internet service providers hosting server. We require upfront payment for certain special design elements and for special features to be added to a clients website. We Only Accept Direct Bank Payments OR Electronic Bank Transfers, (EFT). We Do Not Accept Credit Cards And Do Not Offer Any Credit OR 30 Day Credit Facilities. Any And All Deposits Paid Are Non-Refundable, Any Amount Paid Is Non-Refundable. All Work C.O.D. Any Small Amounts Under R1000 Are Payable Up-Front. PLEASE NEVER ASK US FOR CREDIT. OUR TERMS ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. You Can Also Pay Us Using PayFast.

PLEASE NOTE: We charge an hourly rate of R350 for all work produced, we also charge for all call outs and consultations at an hourly rate of R350. We do charge a graphic design consultation fee of R350 Per Hour. We charge R350 Per Hour to modify, correct or redesign any artwork supplied by a client.

We Shall Not Be Held Liable For Any And All Errors OR Ommisions. Please check all artwork before signing the final artwork off. We require all clients to sign off all final artwork via a faxed confirmation or electronic email before we will proceed with any final production of any artwork.

PLEASE NOTE: All prices quoted for website design are subject to all logo designs, other relevant artwork, photos and content being provided by the client. All relevant artwork, photos and content required must be supplied within 48 hours of placing an order with DRAGAN GRAFIX for us to complete your design project as soon as possible or within a tight deadline.

PLEASE NOTE: All fees for web domain name registration and website hosting are paid directly to our internet service provider. All clients will deal directly with our printing or internet services providers. Clients pay DRAGAN GRAFIX only for artwork design and pay all other costs directly to the print or internet service providers.
